Sparkling peach-os and cream is a twist on the classic cherry and coca cola jello. This recipe is made for peach lovers.

Sparkling Peach-Os and Cream Dessert.

Hello and welcome!  I am a huge fan of peach anything.  So I am super excited to share this dessert recipe!  It’s a sparkling peach jello dessert topped with whipped cream and peach-os.

Quick background on the inspiration for this peach dessert before I share the recipe.  I met up with a high school friend a few weeks ago at Doc Harper’s Tavern Martini Bar in Billings, MT.  It’s a trendy little martini bar downtown.

I ordered the peach-tini + spinach and artichoke dip.  So good!  If you are ever in Billings, stop by and check it out!  The decor is pretty awesome too.

This recipe is inspired by their peach-tini.  But don’t worry, you don’t have to use any alcohol (unless you want to).  They also had a spicy pickle, but I wasn’t feeling that adventurous.  Spicy pickle infused jello dessert topped with a pickle and red pepper flakes.  Maybe next time? 😉

Grocery List

  • Large package peach jello
  • 12 oz lemon-lime soda (Sprite or 7-up)
  • 1 can peach pie filling
  • Peach-os
  • Whipped cream

Instructions & Recipe Tips

Start by emptying one large package of peach jello into a medium-sized bowl.

Then, boil enough water to make 1 1/2 cups of boiling water.

Add 1 ½ cups of boiling water to the jello.

Mix in 12 ounces of lemon-lime soda (Sprite or 7-up). It turns into a beautiful peach fizz as pictured below!

If you are making one large dessert (I think this would also look great in a trifle bowl), mix the peach pie filling right into the jello mixture.

However, if you are making individual servings, add the peach pie filling to the bottom of each container.

Then fill with the jello mixture.

Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.

Top with whip cream and Peach-os.  Add sprinkles if you’re feeling festive.

Serve and enjoy!

For a fun twist, add one or two shots of whipped vanilla vodka to the jello mixture.  Add your peach pie filling to the bottom of a martini glass.  Fill the rest of the glass with the jello mixture.  Then top with whip cream and Peach-os.  Yum!
