Easy Caramel Puffcorn Recipe

This caramel puffcorn recipe blends buttery puff popcorn with homemade caramel for an irresistible snack!   It's an easy holiday treat that’s perfect for goodie trays and gifting.

What You'll Need

✓ Butter ✓ Brown Sugar ✓ Corn Syrup ✓ Baking Soda ✓ Puff Popcorn

MAKE THE CARAMEL BASE Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Cook for 2 minutes until well-combined.


Add BAKING SODA Remove the caramel mixture from the heat and add baking soda. Stir until it’s well mixed.


Coat THE Puffcorn Pour the caramel mixture over puffcorn. Stir to coat evenly.


BAKE THE PUFFCORN Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 250°F for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.


Cool and ENJOY After baking, let it cool and break apart any clumps. Enjoy your caramel puffcorn fresh or store it  for later.
