Chicken Cheesesteak Sandwiches

Craving a Philly cheesesteak but want a lighter option?  This Chicken Cheesesteak Sandwich is ready in 30 minutes and easy to customize.  It's the perfect quick and tasty meal for busy weeknights.

What You'll Need

✓ Chicken ✓ Bell peppers ✓ Provolone ✓ Hoagie rolls ✓ Worcestershire ✓ Italian seasoning

✓ Onion ✓ Olive oil ✓ Butter ✓ Garlic salt ✓ Salt ✓ Pepper

Prep the ingredients: slice chicken, bell peppers, and onion.

Heat olive oil and add sliced chicken and seasonings. Cook chicken until browned.

Set chicken aside. Then in the same skillet, sauté bell peppers and onions until soft.

Add chicken back to skillet. Layer provolone cheese on top and let it melt.

Butter the hoagie rolls and toast them using the broiler in the oven. Optional: add garlic salt.
