Easy Chocolate  Fudge Recipe

Deliciously easy microwave chocolate fudge, perfect for holiday baking.  With only 6 ingredients and 20 minutes to prep, this will be your new go-to fudge recipe!

What You'll Need

✓ Marshmallow Creme ✓ Chocolate Chips ✓ Evaporated Milk ✓ Granulated Sugar ✓ Vanilla Extract ✓ Butter

PREPARE THE BASE MIX In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix sugar and evaporated milk. Top it off with slices of butter.


MELT IN MICROWAVE Microwave the mixture for 9½ minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. Be sure not to over-stir to keep the texture smooth!


FINISH FUDGE MIXTURE Add the chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, and vanilla to the mix. Stir quickly and well, ensuring a creamy blend before it sets.


POUR, SPREAD & CHILL Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined baking pan. Spread evenly. Chill for a few hours in the fridge, or overnight.


CUT & SERVE OR STORE Lift the set fudge out, using the parchment paper, and cut into 1 to 1½ inch squares. Ready to serve or store for later!
