✓ Cheddar Cheese ✓ Light Beer ✓ Flour ✓ Worcestershire  ✓ Ground Mustard

TOSS Cheese IN Flour Toss freshly grated cheese with flour. Don't skip this step—the flour will act as a thickener for the fondue.



Mix Beer & Cheese Bring beer to a boil in the pot, then gradually add the flour-coated cheese, whisking until smooth.

FINISH THE FONDUE Stir in Worcestershire sauce and ground mustard. Set to warm and serve immediately.
