These yummy candied almonds are the perfect mix of sweet & salty.  Not only are they delicious, they are also incredibly easy to make and are great for fall snacking or holiday gifting!

✓ Egg White ✓ Vanilla  ✓ White Sugar ✓ Brown Sugar

What You'll Need

✓ Cinnamon ✓ Salt ✓ Almonds

Whisk the egg white and vanilla in a mixing bowl until frothy.


Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt to the mix. Stir well.


Add the almonds to the bowl, ensuring they're well-coated with the cinnamon mixture.


Spread the coated almonds evenly on a baking sheet. Roast at 250°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes to prevent sticking.


Let the almonds cool, then store in an airtight container to keep them crunchy and fresh. Enjoy!
