Easy Lefse Recipe

What You'll Need

Combine the potato flakes, salt, sugar, 7up, water, evaporated milk, and oil in a large bowl. Add flour and knead into a dough.

Shape the dough into balls and refrigerate. Pull one ball of dough at a time from the refrigerator to roll and cook.

Heat your lefse griddle to 350°F. Roll each dough ball on a floured pastry board until it's about 12 inches in diameter.

Gently place the rolled dough on the griddle using a lefse stick. Cook until you see bubbles, then flip to cook the other side.
