Easy Pumpkin Spice Syrup Recipe

With just a few simple ingredients, this pumpkin spice syrup is easy to make and only takes 20 minutes start to finish.  It’s great for adding a little fall flavor and spice to lattes, waffles and baked goods!

What You'll Need

Granulated sugar  Brown sugar Water  Pumpkin   Vanilla  Pumpkin spice

Mix white sugar, brown sugar, and water in a medium saucepan.


Whisk in the pumpkin puree. (Be sure to use plain pumpkin, not the canned pumpkin pie mix.)


Add the vanilla extract and pumpkin spice. Whisk together.


Cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. For a thicker syrup, simmer 10-15 minutes more.


Cool & Store: Enjoy immediately or store in a mason jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
