Easy Halloween  Sugar Cookie Bars

Sink your teeth into the perfect Halloween treat! Soft, chewy sugar cookie bars with eye-catching orange frosting and Halloween sprinkles. No rolling or cutting out required!

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan.


Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and eggs. Then add dry ingredients. Mix until dough forms.


Press the cookie dough evenly into the prepared baking pan. Bake 14 to 16 minutes. Cool completely.


To make the frosting, mix softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cream until peaks form. Add food coloring.


Spread the frosting over the cooled sugar cookie bars. Add sprinkles.


Once the frosting has set, cut the bars into squares, and they are ready to serve!
