Honey Garlic Roasted Carrots

Looking for a side dish that's impressive but deliciously simple? Try these Honey Garlic Roasted Carrots.  They are oven-roasted to perfection and glazed with a mouthwatering honey garlic butter sauce.

What You'll Need

✓ carrots ✓ butter ✓ honey ✓ garlic

✓ salt ✓ pepper ✓ parsley

Start by preheating your oven to 425°F. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.


Peel the carrots and trim the ends. Finely chop the parsley and garlic.


Place the peeled and trimmed carrots in the greased baking dish.


Melt the butter and mix it with honey and minced garlic to create the glaze.


Evenly coat the carrots with the honey garlic butter glaze. Season with salt and pepper.


Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, flipping and re-glazing at the 15-minute mark. Carrots should be fork-tender when done.


Once out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy!
