Easy Ice Cream Crunch Cake

Indulge in this heavenly 5-ingredient ice cream crunch cake.  An easy homemade dessert with layers of chocolate crunch, vanilla ice cream, and gooey caramel.

Mix melted butter, chocolate cake mix, and chopped peanuts until well combined.

Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread the chocolate and peanut mixture.

Bake at 350°F for about 11 minutes. Stir as it cools. Add half to the bottom of a 13 x 9 dish.

Slice the ice cream into pieces or scoop it over the chocolate crunch. Spread out the ice cream evenly with a spatula.

Drizzle caramel over the vanilla ice cream. Reserve some caramel for a final drizzle.

Add the other half of the crunchy pieces. Freeze for a few hours. When you're ready to serve, slice and drizzle with caramel. Enjoy!
