Mexicorn Dip Recipe

This layered dip is so good, it’s almost addicting. Plus, it's so easy and quick to make!  It's perfect for when you need a last-minute party appetizer or something to serve on gameday!

What You'll Need

✓ onion ✓ tomato ✓ mexicorn ✓ pinto beans ✓ sour cream

✓ green pepper ✓ sour cream ✓ ranch seasoning ✓ cheddar cheese ✓ black olives

Prep Veggies Chop green pepper, onion, and tomato. Layer them in an 8x8 dish. Add drained pinto beans and mexicorn.

Create Ranch Layer Mix sour cream and ranch seasoning. Spread over the veggies. Think of it like frosting a cake!

ADD THE TOPPINGS Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and black olives. The more, the merrier!
