What You'll Need

✓ Granulated Sugar ✓ Corn Syrup ✓ Roasted Peanuts ✓ Butter ✓ Vanilla Extract ✓ Baking Soda

MIX SUGAR & CORN SYRUP In a saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup. Heat until the mixture bubbles and sugar dissolves.


Add Peanuts Stir in the roasted peanuts. Cook until the mixture turns light brown.


ADD BUTTER & VANILLA Mix in butter and vanilla extract. Continue cooking until the mixture reaches 295-309°F or hardens on a spoon.


MIX IN Baking Soda Stir in baking soda until the mixture becomes light and foamy.


SPREAD ON PARCHMENT Pour the foamy mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread evenly to form a thin layer.


LET SET & BREAK Let the peanut brittle cool and harden. Then, break it into pieces. Store it in an airtight container. Enjoy!
