Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

Easy homemade peanut butter cups: irresistible peanut butter filling with graham cracker crumbs, layered with rich chocolate. A simple & delicious treat that is perfect for the holidays

What You'll Need

✓ Peanut Butter ✓ Butter ✓ Powdered Sugar ✓ Graham Crackers ✓ Chocolate Chips ✓ Almond Bark (optional) ✓ Sprinkles (optional)

MELT THE CHOCOLATE In a medium mixing bowl, microwave the chocolate and almond bark and melt until smooth.



CHOCOLATE BASE LAYER Line a mini cupcake tin. Pour a layer of melted chocolate into each liner. Tap the tin to level the layer. Freeze for 10-15 minutes.

MAKE THE FILLING While the chocolate layer is chilling, mix the peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar and finely ground graham crackers.



Assemble Cups Press peanut butter mixture over chocolate base. Melt remaining chocolate and cover the filling. Level and decorate if desired.

CHILL & SERVE OR STORE Refrigerate for at least an hour. Enjoy these delightful homemade treats fresh or store for later!
