Roasted  Cabbage Steaks

Mix up your dinner routine with these savory cabbage steaks. They’re an easy, nutritious side dish, perfectly roasted to bring out a delightful flavor that pairs well with a variety of main dishes.

What You'll Need

✓ Green Cabbage ✓ Olive Oil  ✓ Salt ✓ Black Pepper ✓ Garlic Powder

Remove hard outer leaves, rinse the cabbage, and pat it dry. Slice it lengthwise into steaks, keeping the core intact.


Mix olive oil with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture generously on each cabbage steak.


Place the steaks on a  baking sheet, and roast at 425°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until they turn golden brown with crispy edges.


Once the cabbage is cooked to your preference, remove it from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
