Roasted  Cabbage Steaks

✓ Green Cabbage ✓ Olive Oil  ✓ Salt ✓ Black Pepper ✓ Garlic Powder

Remove hard outer leaves, rinse the cabbage, and pat it dry. Slice it lengthwise into steaks, keeping the core intact.

Mix olive oil with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture generously on each cabbage steak.

Place the steaks on a  baking sheet, and roast at 425°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until they turn golden brown with crispy edges.
