Sweet Potato Casserole

WITH PECAN STREUSEL TOPPING

This easy Thanksgiving side dish takes the traditional sweet potato casserole to a whole new level with a pecan streusel topping.  It's simple, delicious, and can double as dessert!

MIX SWEET POTATO FILLING

Drain sweet potatoes and mash using a mixer (or fork). Add sugar, milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.

MAKE STREUSEL TOPPING

In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and pecans. Pour melted butter over the streusel mixture and stir well.

PREPARE THE CASSEROLE

Pour the sweet potato mixture in a greased 8x8-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle pecan streusel evenly over the top.

BAKE & ENJOY

Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes until the casserole is set and the streusel has caramelized. Serve warm. Enjoy!
