Delicious melt-in-your-mouth peanut butter fudge with just two ingredients. A simple, retro recipe perfect for holiday parties and treat trays.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 2 dozen 1x

Ingredients

  • 1 lb almond bark
  • 18 ounces peanut butter (about 2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Melt almond bark in the microwave in 30-second increments until smooth.
  2. Mix in peanut butter and stir until well combined.
  3. Prepare an 8×8 dish with parchment paper. 
  4. Pour the fudge batter into the baking dish.
  5. Chill in the fridge until the fudge is set (at least an hour).
  6. Trim any uneven edges and then cut 1 1/4″ square pieces.
  7. Serve or store for later.
