- 1 cup pumpkin seeds (~medium pumpkin)
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp seasoning salt (or regular salt)
Instructions
- Separate pumpkin seeds from pulp, rinse, and remove excess moisture (they don’t have to be completely dry).
- In a mixing bowl, combine seeds, olive oil, and seasoning salt.
- Spread seeds in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes at 360°F, shaking halfway.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Cooking times may vary based on your air fryer model.
- Feel free to adjust the oil to your taste and get creative with the seasonings. (see ideas)
- You can use melted butter in place of the oil.
