Festive, no-bake treats made with just a few simple ingredients. Perfect for holiday treat trays, cookie exchanges, and gifting.

  • Total Time: 1 hour
  • Yield: 12 wreaths 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 6 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Green food coloring
  • 6 cups Corn Flakes
  • 1/4 cup imperials

Instructions

  1. Melt marshmallows and butter. Place the mini marshmallows and butter in a large microwave-safe mixing bowl. Microwave in 20 to 30-second increments, stirring after each, until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Add green food coloring. Mix in green food coloring until you achieve a deep, festive green. Stir well to evenly distribute the color.
  3. Mix in Corn Flakes. Gently fold the Corn Flakes into the marshmallow mixture, ensuring they are fully coated without breaking the flakes.
  4. Form the wreaths. Use a cookie scoop (about 3 tablespoons) to scoop the mixture into a 3.5-inch cookie cutter placed on wax paper. Use a spoon to shape the middle of the wreath, being careful not to press down on the top to keep the “leafy” texture.
  5. Add the finishing touches. Remove the cookie cutter and top each wreath with five red imperials to resemble berries.
  6. Let them set. Place the wreaths in the freezer for 20 minutes or in the fridge for longer to set. Once firm, transfer them to a platter or storage container to enjoy or share!

Notes

  • Storage: Store the wreaths in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. For longer storage, keep them in the refrigerator or freezer.
  • Tips: 1) Work quickly when shaping the wreaths, as the marshmallow mixture will set. 2) Lightly grease your hands or spoon with butter to prevent sticking. 3) If you don’t have a cookie cutter, you can shape the wreaths freehand.
