Buttery marshmallow popcorn cake loaded with spice drops and autumn M&M’s. The perfect treat for fall, Halloween, or Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 packages of miniature marshmallows
  • 10 cups of popcorn
  • 3/4 cup spice drops
  • 1/2 cup harvest blend M&Ms
  • Autumn sprinkles – optional

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, add the butter and miniature marshmallows.
  2. Melt in the microwave.
  3. Add 10 cups of popcorn and mix well.
  4. Fold in the spice drops and M&Ms.
  5. Grease a bundt pan.
  6. With greased hands, add the popcorn mix to the pan and press down firmly.
  7. Turn the bundt pan over on a plate or serving tray.
  8. Decorate edges with autumn sprinkles. Optional.
  9. Cut into ‘cake’ slices. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can also add peanuts or other nuts.
  • Another option is to make them into popcorn balls or use different sized pans.
