Easy homemade pumpkin spice for pumpkin spice lattes, other delicious fall drinks, and baked goods.

  • 4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon ground cloves


  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Store in an airtight container.


  • You can make any amount. Use a 4:2:2:1 ratio of ground cinnamon:ginger:nutmeg: and cloves.
  • We prefer to make pumpkin spice without ground allspice, but you can add a small amount to this recipe if you choose. Use the same ratio of other spices, but add half the measurement used for cloves for the allspice.
  • This homemade pumpkin spice blend can be used in any recipe that calls for pumpkin spice.
