- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
- You can make any amount. Use a 4:2:2:1 ratio of ground cinnamon:ginger:nutmeg: and cloves.
- We prefer to make pumpkin spice without ground allspice, but you can add a small amount to this recipe if you choose. Use the same ratio of other spices, but add half the measurement used for cloves for the allspice.
- This homemade pumpkin spice blend can be used in any recipe that calls for pumpkin spice.
