- 2 tablespoons ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon ground cloves

- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
You can make any amount. Use a 4:2:2:1 ratio of ground cinnamon:ginger:nutmeg: and cloves.
We prefer to make pumpkin spice without ground allspice, but you can add a small amount to this recipe if you choose. Use the same ratio of other spices, but add half the measurement used for cloves for the allspice.
This homemade pumpkin spice blend can be used in any recipe that calls for pumpkin spice.
