Easy Shrimp Fondue

An easy and delicious shrimp fondue recipe, perfect for parties and family gatherings. The shrimp is cooked in a flavorful broth, and then served with a variety of dipping sauces.

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces chicken broth, low sodium
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 lb raw shrimp (peeled, deveined)
  • Dipping sauces (see our list of ideas)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the fondue pot on medium heat, and then add broth, white wine vinegar, and minced garlic.
  2. Set the fondue pot to medium-high heat. Bring to a soft boil.
  3. Add the chopped green onions, and the broth is ready to fondue.
  4. Use fondue forks or skewers to spear and cook shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes each. (Shrimp will be pink, opaque, and start to curl.)
  5. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces.

  • Keep raw and cooked plates and utensils separately for food safety!
