Patriotic American flag charcuterie board with delicious red, white, and blue snacks. The perfect party food for July 4th and Memorial Day.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 24 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

Red Stripes (7)

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 package cherry tomatoes (16.5 oz)
  • 1 package strawberries, sliced (1 lb)
  • 1 small package raspberries (6 oz)
  • 1 small package cranberries (6 oz)
  • 1 package salami calabrese (8 oz)
  • 34 meat sticks, chunked (5 oz)

White Stripes (6)

  • 1 small package cashews (5 oz)
  • 1 small package white chocolate-covered pretzels (6 oz)
  • 1 small package yogurt almonds (10 oz)
  • 1 sleeve crackers (like Townhouse)
  • 1 small package white cheddar, cut into cubes (8 oz)
  • 1 small package deli turkey, quartered (8 oz)

Blue with White Stars

  • 1 large package blueberries (18 oz)
  • 1 small package blackberries (6 oz)
  • 23 slices of provolone cheese, cut into stars

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all the produce.
  2. Cut and slice any ingredients as needed. (Slice the strawberries, cut deli turkey into quarters, chunk the meat sticks, chop the white cheddar cheese into cubes, slice the red pepper, cut the provolone into stars.)
  3. Add the blue rectangle of the flag in the upper left corner using a mix of blueberries and blackberries.
  4. Add red and white rows of snacks across the board (starting and ending with red at the top and bottom). Once you have all the stripes in place, you can go back and fill them in.
  5. Top the blue section with white cheese stars.
  6. Chill in the fridge to chill until you’re ready to serve.
  7. Set out with small plates and festive toothpicks or a small kitchen tong. Enjoy!
