- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 1 avocado
- 3 roma tomatoes
- 1 small package pine nuts
- 8 oz shaved Parmesan cheese
- Dijon balsamic vinaigrette (see our homemade recipe)
Instructions
- Chop the romaine, roma tomatoes, and avocado. Add to a medium-sized serving bowl.
- Top with pine nuts and shaved Parmesan cheese.
- Gently toss to mix all the ingredients together.
- Drizzle the dressing over the entire salad and toss before serving or allow your guests to add their own.
- Serve and enjoy immediately!
