A creamy & delicious dip packed full of fresh herbs. Pairs perfectly with fresh veggies, crackers, toasted bread, and meats.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped white onions

Instructions

  1. Begin by finely chopping onions, garlic, parsley, and chives. Set aside.
  2. Next, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream. (we love to use a stand or electric hand mixer)
  3. Add the chopped fresh herbs, garlic, and onions.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Chill for a few hours in the fridge to allow the flavors to blend.

Notes

  • You can serve this dip immediately, but we recommend chilling it in the fridge for several hours to allow the flavors to blend together.
  • You can substitute plain Greek yogurt for sour cream. Just note the flavor will not be exactly the same.
