- 8 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 diced onion
- pinch of salt and pepper
- chopped green onions (optional garnish)
*If you plan to top with cheese, plan for another 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare and grease a 7 x 11 pan.
- Layer the diced ham, cheddar cheese, and diced onions in the pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the ham, cheese, and onions.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes.
- The egg bake should be golden brown around the edges and the middle should not move.
- Garnish with chopped green onions (optional) and serve.
Notes
- You can prepare in a 9×9 pan and adjust the cooking time as needed.
