A delicious healthy breakfast recipe you can make in about 30 minutes. Perfect for overnight guests!
1/3 cup milk
1 cup diced ham
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 diced onion
pinch of salt and pepper
chopped green onions (optional garnish)
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Prepare and grease a 7 x 11 pan.
Layer the diced ham, cheddar cheese, and diced onions in the pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the ham, cheese, and onions.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes.
The egg bake should be golden brown around the edges and the middle should not move.
Garnish with chopped green onions (optional) and serve.
You can prepare in a 9 by 9 pan and adjust the cook time as needed.
