- Cream of coconut
- 1 part orange juice
- 1 part pineapple juice
- 2 parts champagne
- Pineapple chunks for garnish
Instructions
- Fill the bottom of a champagne glass with cream of coconut.
- Add 1 part orange juice.
- Add 1 part pineapple juice.
- Stir the coconut cream and juices.
- Top with 2 parts champagne.
- Add pineapple chunks for garnish.

Notes
- You can also use coconut milk or malibu coconut rum instead of cream of coconut.
- Orange slices or maraschino cherries can be used for garnishes too.
