- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1–2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1 tbsp), optional
- 1/8 tsp salt, or to taste, optional
Instructions
- Add the mayo and sriracha to a small bowl. Start with 1 tbsp sriracha, then add more if you’d like.
- Stir in the lemon juice, if using.
- Season with salt, if desired.
- Taste and adjust as you like.
- Serve right away or refrigerate for later.
Notes
- Sriracha: We recommend the original Huy Fong Sriracha chili sauce, but you can use any brand.
- Storage: Keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
- Customize: Add honey for sweetness, fresh garlic or garlic powder for depth, soy sauce for a richer flavor, or another hot sauce for extra heat. Adjust the lemon or try rice vinegar or lime juice for a different kind of tang.
