- Ritz crackers (1/2 of 13.7-oz. package, or approx. 60 crackers)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 24 oz. white chocolate or almond bark
- Valentine’s Day sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
- Gather ingredients and a knife for spreading peanut butter.
- Spread peanut butter on one side of the cracker.
- Place a second cracker on top to create a sandwich. Repeat with the remaining crackers.
- Melt white chocolate or almond bark in 15-30 second increments in the microwave, stirring often (or use a double broiler on the stovetop).
- Dip each cookie into the melted white chocolate.
- Place cookies onto a lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle with white chocolate using a piping bag or drizzling tool.
- Top with Valentine’s Day sprinkles.
- Let the cookies set for at least 15 minutes or until the white chocolate has hardened.
- Arrange on a serving tray and enjoy right away or store them in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.

- Makes 2.5 dozen, easy to double to 5 dozen, if needed.
