Delicious creamy peanut butter-filled crackers dipped in white chocolate and topped with festive Valentine’s Day sprinkles.

  • Ritz crackers (1/2 of 13.7-oz. package, or approx. 60 crackers)
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 24 oz. white chocolate or almond bark
  • Valentine’s Day sprinkles


  1. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  2. Gather ingredients and a knife for spreading peanut butter.
  3. Spread peanut butter on one side of the cracker.
  4. Place a second cracker on top to create a sandwich. Repeat with the remaining crackers.
  5. Melt white chocolate or almond bark in 15-30 second increments in the microwave, stirring often (or use a double broiler on the stovetop).
  6. Dip each cookie into the melted white chocolate.
  7. Place cookies onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Drizzle with white chocolate using a piping bag or drizzling tool.
  9. Top with Valentine’s Day sprinkles.
  10. Let the cookies set for at least 15 minutes or until the white chocolate has hardened.
  11. Arrange on a serving tray and enjoy right away or store them in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
