Ingredient Notes

Here are the three simple ingredients you’ll need (pictured below). Read on for a few notes.

Ingredients for Roasted Potatoes Including Butter and Seasoned Salt

Potatoes – we use baby red potatoes, but you can use small golden potatoes. If you use larger potatoes, be sure to cut them into bite-sized pieces.

Butter regular butter (salted or unsalted), gives the potatoes a delicious flavor. You can substitute olive oil if needed.

Seasoned salt – this is our favorite way to season potatoes and veggies (using Lawry’s seasoned salt). However, you can use salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning if you’d like.
